The Organisational, Management and Control Model (known as 231 Model) is a tool adopted by the company to promote ethical behaviour, compliance with the law and the prevention of crimes that could occur within the company. Greentire is committed to conducting its business according to the highest standards of legality, integrity and the adoption of the 231 Model represents a commitment to prevent unlawful behaviour, protect the interests of the company and its stakeholders, and promote a corporate culture based on ethics and responsibility. Through the 231 Model, we have identified and assessed the specific crime risks that could affect our business, and implemented appropriate policies, procedures and controls to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Furthermore, the appointment of an external Supervisory Board is a guarantee to ensure the suitability and effectiveness of Model 231.

Possible results thanks to the IT supports used by Greentire, which allow to control in real time all the ELT management flows. Also in this way the Consortium can apply some of the lowest environmental contribution in this sector.

Greentire activity is oriented to recycle raw materials from End of Life Tires. A choice that has led the Consortium to touch 100% of ELT transformed into new products, mainly rubber based. Only when this is not possible the ELTs are sent to incineration for energy recovery.
